Return Policy
According to the Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, the buyer has 14 calendar days from the date of physical possession of the goods to withdraw from the contract. In most cases, this means the right to return the purchased products.
That's why we offer the possibility to return the purchased products, within 14 calendar days from the purchase.
Return process:
- To return one or more products it must be completed THIS form .
- You have the obligation to pack the products well, so that they are not damaged during transport.
- Once the date on which you want to place the return is established and you have the products properly packed, the courier will contact you on the respective day for collection.
- After the product reaches us (if the return meets all the conditions below) we will refund the money in your account within 14 working days or we will send you another product, in accordance with your mention.
I. Return compensation methods:
1. Through the option to refund your money against the value of the products.
or
2. Exchange with another product on our website. How?
- If the new product has a higher price than the returned one, you will have to pay the courier the price difference upon receiving the new package or in advance, by bank transfer to our account.
- If the new product has a lower price than the one originally ordered, we will refund the difference to the bank account provided by you. Therefore, please provide us with the chosen return option with all the necessary data including - the 24-character IBAN code and the full name of the cardholder.
Along with the return request, please also specify the preferred method of compensation, "Exchange with another product" or "Refund".
If you opted for the option of "Exchange for another product" and we owe you the difference in money or you opted for "Refund" we will transfer the difference to your bank account or refund the money within a maximum of 7 working days from the date of receipt and confirmation of the return.
II. Costs with the Return
NOMAD COSMETICS SRL will pay the fees regarding the return of the products in the following cases:
1. The product received does not correspond to the one in the order
2. The delivered product is damaged from the factory (non-compliant) - if the customer wants to make a return for other reasons, the costs of the return transport fees will be borne by him.
NOTE: The return is not sent with a refund! The amount owed to the customer will be refunded to the account after checking and approving the returned products according to the Return Policy.
III. Products eligible for return:
I MPORTANT: All products can be returned for 14 days under the following conditions:
- The condition of the products must be the same as when received (the products must be in their original packaging, sealed, at the same time, the products must be in a condition that allows them to be put back on sale, without physical changes, bumps, scratches, mechanical shocks etc.).
- The product must be sent with all labels and accessories intact.
- Products that are not accepted for return Products that have been unsealed after delivery/purchase, that cannot be resold, that can no longer be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (for example: care products, make-up, perfumes, etc.) .
- Products that show physical changes, bumps, scratches, mechanical shocks, etc. Products that are not properly packed, and have been degraded during transport.
- Products made according to the consumer's specifications or obviously customized. Therefore, the Buyer acknowledges that he will not be able to exercise his contractual right of withdrawal and return regarding the products unsealed by him.
At the same time, the Buyer acknowledges that he will not be able to exercise his contractual right of withdrawal and return on products customized at his request. Products must be returned no later than 14 days after receiving/picking up/buying the products.
Returns of products sent after the expiration of this period are not accepted.
IV. Wrong delivery / Incorrect product?
In case of a delivery that does not correspond to the initial order, please write to us at the email address contact@nomadperfumery.ro or give us a WhatsApp 0728678526 to fix the problem simply and quickly. The return costs in this case will be borne by us.
V. Other Return Policy Information
1. The easiest way to opt for the return of products is through EMAIL , but this is not mandatory. You can make a return request by email or WhatsApp or another unequivocal means of communication, providing all the data necessary to process the return.
2. Any product exchange can only be done within the available stock.
3. NOMAD COSMETICS SRL will send the requested product for exchange with another product only after you (the buyer) have already returned the product initially purchased from our website. Refusing to buy a product or replacing it will be done within 14 days of purchase.
4. According to our Terms and Conditions, if you return one or more products purchased in whole or in part with a discount coupon and opt for the compensation method "Product value refund", the value of the discount coupon will not be refunded.
5. If the buyer requests a return with the option "Refund against the value of the products" - the value of the products will be refunded in a bank account provided by the buyer. We will not return money in cash or by other means, except by the method mentioned above in this point (7.).
