Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery by fast courier for orders over 500 lei.

Delivery of orders with a total of less than 500 lei will be charged 19 lei.
The delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days , from the confirmation of the order.
You can find more details on the transport of products in our delivery policy. (rates valid for the territory of Romania)


The estimated delivery time is 1 - 3 working days from the moment of order confirmation. In very few cases, the courier may be late for a few days during overcrowded periods of the year, such as: "Black Friday", the Christmas period or other holidays.   
     

We deliver by Express Courier throughout the territory of Romania. And both we and the courier company make great efforts to deliver orders on time and in complete safety to our customers.

Other information regarding the delivery of orders:

  • On the day of receiving the parcel, the courier will contact you by phone (SMS) to inform you of the time interval in which the delivery will be made.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays and during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of visible damage to the parcel, please refuse the delivery and immediately, clearly and in detail, provide all the details regarding the observed damage. These details must be written by the buyer or the recipient of the order on the delivery note of the courier. After which we will make a decision about sending a new product to you as quickly as possible.
  • Order delay: in these situations, which are not limited to those mentioned above, the products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 working days.

    NOMAD COSMETICS SRL does not assume responsibility for damages caused by delays in the delivery of orders due to external factors such as: special weather conditions, strikes, road accidents, street demonstrations, falling trees, rocks, heavy snow or other unfavorable weather conditions as well as other special situations that could prevent the timely delivery of the order. Legal note: Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the Romanian courts for resolution.
    Note: if the courier does not find anyone at the destination and fails to deliver the package, he will try again later, otherwise the order will be returned to our office. And because of this, in order to try another shipment to you, the recipient undertakes to pay in advance for the new order.


     Changing or canceling the order

    If you have changed your mind about the order and want a different product or wish to cancel the order, please let us know as soon as possible.

    • With the Ramburs option, you pay the value of the products directly to the courier at the time of delivery.
