In accordance with the law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data, modified and completed, as well as in accordance with law no. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of private life in the electronic communications sector, NOMAD COSMETICS SRL has the obligation to manage the personal data of the users of the website www.nomadperfumery.ro only in safe conditions.

Also, the personal data of all users of our website are in full compliance with the European Union Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, also known as GDPR).

In this case, the data necessary to solve the problem or dispute are kept for the duration of the dispute within the limits of the statute of limitations.

3.2. In special cases, your email address will be kept in the list of subscribers to the newsletter until you unsubscribe manually by accessing the "Unsubscribe" or "Unsubscribe" link placed at the end of the promotional and/or informational email.

4.1. The NOMAD COSMETICS SRL team strives for your personal data to be used for purposes that endanger you or your property, that is why we have reviewed every contract with our collaborators regarding the protection of personal data personal in accordance with the legislation of the European Union known as GDPR and the handling of this data in maximum safety.
